KYC Process

After you have downloaded the wallet and installed it, the first screen you will see is a welcome screen asking you to either Signup or Log In.

Now, tap on the signup button. The next screen will be a promotional slide informing you about the benefits of this wallet. Please tap on the blue arrow at the bottom right-hand side corner thrice or four times to skip it.

The next screen will ask you to enter your email address. After entering the address, check the Terms & Condition checkbox and tap on the continue button as shown in the image.

You will see a message asking you to check your email address and verify it. Please confirm the email send to you in order to continue to the next step.

After you have verified your email address it will ask you to verify your phone number. Please ensure you use a correct mobile number as you will be sent an OTP (One time password)  to verify it.

Phone number verification is compulsory and it takes just a few minutes to complete it. As soon as you have verified your phone number it will ask you to complete KYC verification.

KYC process is mandatory as without doing it you will not be able to access your wallet. The verification requires you to take a selfie, upload a document that shows your national ID, and address proof.

If there is an issue with your KYC, you need to complete it once again otherwise you will never be able to receive airdrop tokens.

How long does KYC verification take?

While writing this article I was able to complete my KYC verification. It only took them an hour or so to complete it, which indeed was very fast as compared to the industry standard.

The only problem that I faced while going through the KYC process was getting my selfie confirmed, I am not sure why it took so much time but it was a tedious process, as their app wants you to fit your face within a circle. 

How long does it take for the airdrop to credit?
